Refund & Return Policy
WE GUARANTEE SATISFACTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS!If your are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order (if you contact us after 7 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange). From that point, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, plus instructions, and then have 30 days from delivery date to return item. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging plus receipt or proof of purchase.
Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described. The following situation are not included:
· An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
· Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
· Free gifts or promotional items
· Sale, Clearance and Custom Orders
· Gift Cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery plus a 50% restocking fee
DAMAGED ON ARRIVALIn the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, or for any other reason, please contact us by within 72 hours of receiving your order. Contacting us after this period voids any claim.
CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. CLAIMS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No exceptions.
Photos are required for damage claim submission. Photos of the damage and of any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or cartons are REQUIRED in order for claims to be processed.
Items returned and deemed to have no damage or defect will incur a 20% restocking fee per item along with freight to and from your company's address.
All original boxes and packing material must be retained to have your damage claim processed.
Freight Delivery: If you receive a freight shipment with obvious or concealed damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading.
IMPORTANT: Sending the item back to us without prior authorization (RMA) voids your eligibility for a full refund. Any items returned without approval will be refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items plus a 20% restocking fee. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Wait for instructions from us on where it should be shipped.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTSIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPINGYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
